Jonathan from Conditioned Air provided us with prompt, professional service and his communication with us was excellent! We have been really happy with the company over the past 5 years..
The service tech that came to our house, Manuel, did a good job of successfully troubleshooting the cause of our high compressor running current draw(Amps) which turned out to be a bad capacitor in the condensing unit. The cost of the service call to asses the unit performance was very reasonable at $60.
The only disappointing aspect of the service call was the pricing of the new capacitor and a quoted price of additional refrigerant, which was much higher(double) than what other vendors charge.
The technician was very knowledgeable,professional,courteous and respectful. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
Tristen was great and had our system back running in no time. He did a thorough job explaining the issue and helping us get it set up for additional service. Very pleased with getting our AC back working!
