Executive Chairman & CEO

"Greg brings over 30 years of experience in the technical service industry, including 20 years as a CEO. He is known for his strong leadership, dedicated work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to both customers and employees.

Greg takes a people-first approach to leadership, valuing honest communication, integrity, and continuous learning. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating an environment where employees feel empowered to grow, contribute, and achieve shared goals.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have been married for over 30 years, and their son and daughter who live in California and Florida. He’s also enjoys cheering on his Denver Broncos."

Brad Moring

Senior VP of Operations

"Brad brings extensive experience in field operations, with a strong focus on improving profitability through operational efficiencies, enhancing customer engagement, and building high-performing teams. He has a proven track record of driving operational integration across organizations and delivering measurable results.

Brad served in the U.S. Air Force, worked with Microsoft on global strategic programs, and held the role of Western Region Vice President at ASRC Industrial (AIS), supporting operations across nine states.

He relocated to Southwest Florida from Dallas with his wife of over 30 years, Kimberly, and their two dogs, Bubbles and Ruby. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing."

Blanca Beachamp

Vice President of Human Resources

"Blanca serves as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing over 10 years of experience across HR and operations, including more than five years in the HVAC and home services industry. She is passionate about building strong teams and creating an environment where employees can grow, succeed, and take pride in their work.

In her role, Blanca partners closely with leadership and field teams to ensure the company’s people strategy supports the fast-paced, evolving nature of the business. Known for her hands-on and approachable style, she focuses on developing talent, strengthening company culture, and driving results through people.

Her background in both HR and operations allows her to bring a practical, real-world perspective to every initiative. Outside of work, Blanca enjoys going to the beach, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends."

Todd Bonnes

Chief Financial Officer

"Todd serves as Chief Financial Officer at Conditioned Air, bringing over 17 years of experience in accounting, operations, and M&A leadership. He has a strong background supporting subcontractors within production home building, as well as commercial and multi-family markets.

Todd is known for driving financial performance, improving operational processes, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. He previously served as CFO/COO for a traffic signal construction and maintenance company, where he gained extensive experience with maintenance management programs and operational systems.

Charles Litteral

Director, Training and Organizational Development

"Charles brings over 15 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on organizational leadership and change. He holds a PhD in [Field], a Master’s degree in Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior.

He joined Conditioned Air from O’Reilly Auto Parts, where he served as a Field Learning and Development Manager. Charles also proudly served three tours in Iraq as an Airborne Infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys working on a frame-off restoration of his 1972 Ford Ranchero, with plans to upgrade it using a Coyote 5.0 engine and 10-speed transmission."

Ginger Duhamie

Senior Manager, Customer Operations

"Ginger serves as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Conditioned Air. She brings a strong track record of improving performance, reducing costs, and elevating the customer experience through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.

Ginger specializes in contact center transformation, process optimization, and building high-performing teams through technology and innovation. She has led improvements across home services, healthcare, and managed services, consistently delivering measurable results.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Toledo and a Master’s in Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. She is also ITIL certified and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt."

Outside of work, he enjoys building cars, mountain biking, and spending time with his family."

Ron Haislip

Director, North Retail Service

"Ron serves as a Director at Conditioned Air, bringing over 20 years of experience in the home building industry. He specializes in HVAC operations, team leadership, and delivering dependable, high-quality comfort solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Throughout his career, Ron has focused on improving efficiency, maintaining strong safety standards, and building lasting relationships with builders, partners, and homeowners. He takes pride in leading teams that perform at a high level while supporting long-term growth and customer satisfaction."

Norma Villa

Controller

"Norma serves as Controller at Conditioned Air, where she oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She brings experience from both domestic and global organizations, including LVMH, Cardinal Health, and Innovative Food Holdings.

Her background spans multiple industries, including retail, food distribution, marketing and advertising, services, and healthcare. Norma is known for enhancing processes, strengthening internal controls, and delivering measurable results.

She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and has a passion for luxury shopping, especially handbags.."
