Very friendly, knowledgeable technician, Alton Peel showed up on time, completed the HVAC system maintenance and explained in detail what he covered during his visit.
Robert was professional. Explained what he thought was the issues with the system and offered my choices of the repairs. This work was good. I have a problem with the fact that I had a service repair a few weeks ago and they did not pick up on this issue. Therefor o had to pay for an additional service charge.
Technician was prompt & fixed our problem quickly. Conditioned Air has been our AC company for years & we are very pleased

Because I have had 6mo maintenance service from Conditioned Air for as long as I've lived here—5yrs— and have only had one issue with the system shutting down when I first got here (which was taken care of immediately and on a weekend !????????), I am SUPER impressed with this company AND the technicians! They are consistently on time, knowledgeable and pleasant. Kudos especially to Alton who taught me that my burning candles was the reason for my BLACK monthly filters! I now can go 4-6 months!!???? He is knowledgeable, helpful, and a very nice young man!
