We consistently have qualified, professional, and friendly technicians perform our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. Humberto has completed our past 2 maintenance service appointments. He has raised the bar for all other technicians. He is very personable and a pleasure to talk with. He is thorough in his review and treatment of our HVAC. He clearly and effectively communicates what is working well and what needs attention. He provides photos of all HVAC components including photos from previous service appointments that show trends in how our HVAC is performing. He has monitored a bacteria issue that continues to recur. He thrououghly cleans and treats the bacteria only for it to return. He provided potential root causes of the bacteria build up and the potential health risks of not addressing the issue rather than waiting 6 months to clean again. He did this in a gentle manner - no pressure. He quickly had estimates sent to help us decide on implementing a more proactive and permanent solution. Humberto deserves more than 5 stars!

Mr Dalton called in advance to give us the arrival time, arrived promptly. He's well mannered courteous as I greeted him at the door. He's thorough, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked. Checked outside and inside, recommended UV to remove bacterial growth inside our unit. We will check into that, but we're very satisfied with his service, and want to have him back!

I booked an appointment with Conditioned Air while I was out of the country, and the staff on the phone were wonderfully kind, polite, and friendly. Technician Humberto Torres performed the A/C maintenance, and my neighbor—who let him in—shared how professional and thorough he was. Humberto patiently explained everything and answered all questions, leaving us both impressed with his expertise and courtesy. Highly recommend Conditioned Air for their outstanding service!

Wilder arrived right within the scheduled time window and even called ahead to let me know his exact arrival time, which I really appreciated. He spent a solid amount of time going through the AC system, checking the current status, diagnosing a few early signs of wear, and making sure everything was running smoothly. The maintenance felt thorough and not rushed at all. Overall, great service — professional, clear, and genuinely helpful.
