We just had our bi-annual maintenance with Robert Braun, he was very professional, answered all of questions, did a thorough inspection and performed the routine maintenance to ensure our system runs smoothly.
My pool heater stopped working. Conditioned Air came out the very next day. Diagnosed the problem, had the required parts and fixed my problem.
Marcus was the tech he was pleasant, explained everything to me and couldn't be any nicer,
Over all a great experience.
He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job!
The svc tech was on time ( much appreciated) friendly, went right to work and checked out the unit more completely than past techs. Thus guy knew his stuff. Will ask for him again. Always remembers to service and treat drip line sump pump.
Ryan arrived in time window promised and was very thorough performing our semi annual up maintenance on both our ac units. He and conditioned air are our go-to ac contractor for sure????????
