Your technician, George Ratliff,, Called 20 minutes before he arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment. He was clearly competent, polite, explaining the maintenance service especially why algae was found in the line; how to put the filter in properly & to keep the fan on "auto", not "on" to keep the humidity in the house down. Will definitely request him in the future.
