Austin Fykes was the service tech that came to my house? I had a water back up in my HVAC system. Austin actually came earlier than the appointment time, very courteous and friendly. I can also say he spent an hour or more working on my unit inside and out along with the drainage pipe outside my home. He was the most experienced tech that has been in my home. He also educated me on taking proper care so back ups don't happen or at least less often. I highly recommend Austin and Conditioned Air.
Alton has been here multiple times and is always very professional, thorough, fast and pleasant!. He gave me some great tips too

The technician Mia Reyes was outstanding - she was very thorough, professional, kind, . She demonstrated a great understanding of our HVAC 3 level system, and communicated very well. Top level technicians like Mia are why we are loyal to Conditioned Air for our heating and air conditioning regular maintenance.
