Had a service issue on my a/c on a Sunday 5/31. Jacob the on call tech was at my house in about an hour diagnosed and came back on Monday to install what was needed and do a regular maintenance . Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Explains everything that was done.The man and company you want.

A 90 degree day in SWFL and discovered thermostat offline and AC not working at 6:30 pm. I was able to get thermostat back online by throwing breaker off then turning it back on. AC was working but not cooling efficiently. Called Conditoned Air and was able to get an appt the next day. Marcus came out, listened to what happened and new exactly the problem, even tho the drain outside was dripping water it had a clog in the line that was backing it up inside and the float was shutting the ac down. He let me follow him to see exactly what he was doing and he explained how I could check the unit every month to prevent backups in the hot humid conditions of Florida. I really appreciated Marcus taking the time to instruct me how to better maintain the unit. He even went back to our maintenance records of a few months back to make sure maintenance was properly done and he showed me the pictures! Very thorough job. Marcus impressed me so much that I will ask for him every time! Love Conditioned Air and how fast they come out. There might be cheaper companies but I can count on Conditioned Air to be here quickly and that is important during the summer heat in SWFL!
