The Conditioned Air technician, Kevin, was excellent. He was efficient and quickly solved our clogged drain problem. He explained everything thoroughly. The after hours service desk support was excellent. She took all of my information and scheduled the visit.

I have been a customer of Conditioned Air for 13 years ---they have serviced 3 properties over that time for me. They consistently do a great job!
My latest tech was LEONARD CABRERA .He has served me two
times and did a great job every time.
-Maintainance on two dehumidifiers
-Did not have replacement filters on first visit but ordered them and came back and installed them.
-Also alerted the front office to add a mini-split that is in my garage to my contract.
I'm a very satisfied customer!
