We have a maintenance plan setup with Conditioned Air and have routine maintenance done twice a year. The technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. The recent visit we had Justin Whitney who was friendly and patient with our two dachshunds who desperately wanted to help.

Carlos and Taylor installed our new HVAC system a few days ago. They were great ! They were at my house working, without pause for nearly 12 hours. Both were friendly and respectful when I asked a myriad of questions. I understand that the actual installation of a new unit might be more important than the quality of the unit itself. If that's the case, I feel that my unit should do well, because Carlos and Taylor were real professionals.
Joe Kazmierski (my salesperson) was the consummate professional. Honest, knowledgeable, and a real nice guy. He explained the whole process to me in great detail and even helped with a maintenance program issue months after installation.
