Cole Gibson came to my house today and serviced both my air conditioner and my mini split in the garage. I asked him if he would mind if I watched him perform the maintenance, which took a couple of hours, because I like to learn. He was totally okay with that. After watching how diligent he was with everything he did, it reaffirmed to me that having a maintenance agreement with the conditioned air is absolutely the right thing to do. Watching him clean the unit inside the house, then the unit outside, it was clear that a layperson could not have done that work. Hats off to Conditioned Air for sending me a top-notch employee.
Our tech was very knowledgeable & arrived on time. He completed the entire work required & also handled the maintenance of the unit all in one visit. We'll be calling again.
