The problem with our A/C system developed on a Sunday afternoon. The person answering the telephone (Izzy) was pleasant, courteous and efficient. She was able to schedule a service call that evening.
The technician dispatched, Stephen Baughman, arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and fixed it. The system was running when he left and continues to do so. He gave me suggestions for preventing similar problems in the future.
I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service call.
George did a great job. Very thorough and professional. I will request him in the future.
