Technician Brendan Fernandez determined that my HVAC system needed a fan motor replacement. He didn't have the correct motor on his truck but was able to obtain one from another Technician. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything needed to complete the job. I would not hesitate to use him again.

After preventive maintenance done 3 weeks ago the technician who came today knew why the AC handler was making noise that got louder from the previous maintenance.
He order the part and waiting for follow-up appointment. I appreciate when technicians
listen to the homeowner who knows what I am talking about.
