My tech, Cameron has not only diagnosed the problem with one of my AC units but has fixed it and has returned to my condo again to see whats wrong with my other unit!! He's called me to discuss options with this 2nd one and thoroughly explained my options. His truck likely knows how to get to my place on its own, he's made the trek to my place multiple times in just a few weeks, taking great care of my situation at every step. He has also called me before his arrival every single time! I can't recommend Conditioned Air and Cameron more highly!! A++

Ivan Martinez was a terrific representative for Conditioned Air. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and very informative. He went beyond in terms of installing our Drain IV and testing to be sure our drains were clear and functional. Highly recommend the company and Ivan.
Our technician George was very helpful we were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. George explained what was needed and why and also educated us on monthly things to do to keep our Ac unit working efficiently. I would highly recommend George for any of system maintenance or repairs!!!
The technician, Mia, was professional and respectful of my home. She put on booties to cover her shoes before entering home. She explained the work she would be doing and stated that photos of her work would be taken throughout the inspection. Outside she showed the vacuuming of the drain line to ensure it was clear of any built up debris. The inspection was completed in about 45 minutes and she reported that everything was in good working condition. I'm confident that my AC will continue running, worry free.
