Tristen our technician did an excellent job diagnosing my air handler problem. He completed the repair quickly and thoroughly. He also explained the problem and offered a remedy to prevent this problem from happening again. My only reason for four stars instead of five is the fault of booking my appointment. I was given a time window of two hours 10-12pm and the service didn't arrive until 3 pm. After calling the office 3 times, I was told the AI double booked. I would have appreciated a call at least about the time issue.
