Marcus Wise is a fabulous technician. Beginning with On time arrival, completed the work quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond by diagnosing a potential future problem and corrected it. I'm very pleased with Marcus and Conditioned Air and have used them for over twelve years.
Great young man. Respectful, professional and skilled. He is masterful and went beyond expectations.
Ivan was extremely professional. He spent time to discuss with me everything that needed to be addressed. He was able to successfully resolve all issues. Technicians like Ivan are why I have used Conditioned Air for the last 16 years.
Humberto texted he was on the way, showed up on the front end of the time window, and was very polite and thorough in explaining what he was doing. Clearly a very well trained and conscientious technician.
Very thorough and explained what he did.
Took his time. Found issues the last guy missed as far as air from attic entering unit and blowing back into house. Very thorough. Great attitude.
