Conditioned Air has taken care of our home since it was built 9 years ago. We have a maintenance agreement and they service the system twice a year which has kept the system running smoothly and our home cool in the Florida heat. The office staff is professional and highly responsive. Joshua H. is an amazing technician. He is kind, knowledgeable and cares deeply about the customer experience. We highly recommend Conditioned Air.

James explained what he would do and reviewed the repair to a leak in the condenser.
He gave me an estimate to facilitate the repair and checked to see if parts were still in warranty. Will be back to replace parts when they come in.
